Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Products may be returned for up to 30 days. You will require a Return Merchandise Authorization number for the return (please contact our customer service department for an RMA). Customer is repsonsible for return shipping charges. All products must be returned in their original packaging (with all manuals, packing material, cables, accessories, etc).
Damages should be reported to your shipping carrier upon receipt and noted on the delivery slip. Claims for damages in shipment must be filed with the shipping company according the their terms and conditions.
Software, DVDs, music and other electronic media cannot be returned if opened. Defective electronic media may be exchanged for electronic media of the same title (during the return window).
Software license returns will not be accepted. All sales are final on software license purchase.
Downloaded electronic media may not be returned. All sales are final on downloaded electronic media purchased.
